Stalemate
- By Accepted Offer -

This method of securing ½ a point through Stalemate, is done by offer for consideration ...

If you see that a game is destined for a Draw, you can call this to your opponent's attention and suggest the game be cut short.

However, a Draw can only be granted if both players accept and agree to abandon the current game, for a share of the points.

If you think you're in a game that's destined for a Draw ... have another look, to make sure you're correct, as it saves looking like a wally should your opponent have spotted a contrary, win/loss sequence of events ... for which you'll have to eat humble pie and play on (or take the quitter's option and Resign).
