Here's an example of the King's Indian Defence (KID) played properly. It's the opening 4 moves as presented on Wikipedia's KID page (apparently, "one of the most famous King's Indian games") which, eventually, features the KID pattern, with King Knight on f6, and g-Pawn advanced to g6.
